2012 – Tradeshow WINNER

Coming into Reno for the 2012 Fly Fishing Retailer show we were excited about the two small changes we had made to our popular flask pack. First, we attached a foam fly port to the expandable pocket. The ridged foam was built to stay below the floatant bottle holders so an angler is less likely to snag the flies placed there. Second, we changed the fabric form the tan rip-stop nylon to 1000D tan digital camo. The new fabric is stronger and stealthier !

When they announced RISING – Flask Pack 2.0 – as the Winner of Best Chest Pack/Vest on Friday night at the awards presentation we knew our excitement was justified. It’s a great feeling to win for the second year in a row. It is also special because the category is very crowded with other manufacturers who have more money to spend on design and manufacturing. Nice for the small company to win against “the bigs.”
